Why do they not put the seasoning on crazy bread anymore? Both this location and on calloway, for the last few months.

Ordered just 1 pizza and cheese bread after work and the pizza was horrible. I called asked to speak to the manager and only the assistance manager was there. The assistant manager was very rude. She’s didn’t want to give me her name at first and finally said it was Maddy. I’m not sure if she was honest because of how resistant she was. I told her about the pizza apologetically and all she said was “bring it back”. She said they can’t give refunds and I actually wasn’t wanting a refund. I just wanted something quick for my kids but she never let me explain that I wanted to go back for a new pizza while returning the old one. I told her I was going to speak to the manager about her service and she sounded very annoyed and responded with “go ahead” and hung up the phone on me. She had not one bit of niceness in her voice. My family orders here quite often since it is my kids favorite but I will not back here. Thank you for the worst customer service. Common human decency goes a long way.

Ok so I ordered a pizza and an order of wings. I asked the guy on the phone if i could get the sauce on the side for the wings he said yes, so i got to the store n pizza wasn't ready so this cashier Madison charged me 31.90 and then i said wait why so much for a pepperoni pizza with one extra topping only and a side of wings? She charged me without even asking me for a soda that i bought at the gas station ⛽️ right next to them besides they don't even sell squirt she just assumed that i grabbed from the store. And then she didn't even apologize for the misunderstanding and when i got my pizza and wings they had put the sauce inside the wings, when had already asked them over the phone to put it on the side, and she's like "you would have to wait another 10 minutes" i was like no i left and she didn't even apologize again so rude. Ordered ahead so it would be ready at 5 got there and they told me they made the wrong pizza waited 25 minutes and this is what I got won't be returning here rather drive across town
